Communities deserve clear answers, not lectures.

Community Bridge Project connects youth, families, and communities to the information, resources, and support they need — in formats that actually work for them.

What We Believe

We believe that information, education, and resources are the foundations of self-determination.

Information alone isn't enough — it has to be accessible.
Education alone isn't enough — it has to be relevant.
Resources alone isn't enough — they have to be within reach.

That's why we meet people where they are, listen first,
and build what's actually needed.

Where We Show Up

Teen Health & Relationships

Decision-making support for teen girls, teen boys, and LGBTQ+ youth working through real questions about relationships, consent, and their own bodies. It starts with our flagship project: a free, private app that gives teens trustworthy information and room to think a decision through, on their own terms.

Seniors & Social Services

Plain-language navigation for Medicare, housing, and in-home support, helping seniors and their families cut through confusing paperwork and unclear eligibility rules. We connect people to the right resource the first time, instead of bouncing them between agencies.

Youth Entrepreneurship

Tools and equipment so teens can start earning on their own terms, from basic business skills to the physical resources needed to get a small venture off the ground. We're building pathways for young people who want to create something of their own, not just find a job.

Our First Project

Every teen deserves a private place to think things through.

Teens face high-stakes decisions about relationships, consent, and their own bodies — often with nowhere safe to turn. Social media fills the silence, but not always with the truth.

We're building a free app with three pathways — for teen girls, teen boys, and teens exploring their identity — where nothing is tracked, nothing is stored, and no one has to explain themselves to use it.

It doesn't decide for them. It helps them decide for themselves.

"Back when I was a teen,
I prayed for a resource like this."
